I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to you for finding, booking and organizing my holiday. It was the best holiday I have ever had by a country mile and what’s more, I did not have to do a thing except pack my bags and turn up, you arranged absolutely everything else.

Firstly, I told you that I hadn’t had a two-week holiday for over twenty years and this year as it was my ruby wedding anniversary I had convinced my wife to go on a cruise. I told you what I was toying with, the budget and most importantly, my wife’s reservations.

Second thing, within a couple of days, I had a list of cruises, dates, Itinerary, costs and more importantly, recommendations and advise. This was much appreciated as it helped to dispel myths and worries about what to expect from being on board.

Thirdly, the holiday. You sat me down a day or two before and said “Right, here is your boarding passes, I have sorted all that for you, here is you extra baggage allowance, when you get to Rome, this taxi company will be waiting to take you to the ship. Any problems, here are contact details to text, whattsap, phone and email them, failing that phone me. At the end of the cruise this company will take you to a 4-star hotel here are similar details for the taxi and hotel. A couple of days later this taxi will collect you and take you to the airport.”

Everything was brilliant, went exactly as planned. We felt like Royalty. Mrs Bundy loved it and said that it would hard to beat, to get a better holiday experience than that. And the best bit, it never cost me any more than if I had spent several hours and loads of stress organizing it myself.
