I am a planner, probably to a fault but I like to get things booked in advance especially when it comes to holidays & time away. For me having something to look forward to keeps motivation high and gets you through the coldest of mornings.
Earlier this year we went on a family holiday at Easter half term which was fantastic. It was a relatively last-minute decision for us (within 3 months) so after a lot of searching and planning we were recommended a Travel Broker who could save us a bit of money and she did.
So, for Easter 2024 we decided that we would go away again and would like a similar package holiday. We went back to the same broker expecting the same level of service & ease. Oh how wrong was I. To cut a long story short she just would not listen to what we were asking for & kept pushing other locations & price options that werent on our list.
Back to the drawing board we went feeling frustrated by the service, time we had lost & the seemingly massive price hikes for 2024. The I thought I wonder if Emma could help and she did.
Emma called me & we went through what we were looking for, she said leave it with me. Within what seemed like a matter of hours Emma gave us numerous options ticking every available box. Even when having a quick look ourselves Emma proved she knows her sombreros from her sangria and she fully explained the cost breakdown and was full transparent in showing us she got the best deal available on the market.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Emma to anyone looking for any leisure of business trip as she can do it all. A friend of mine who has an acute fear of Travel Agents is even considering using Emma for his next snowboarding trip as she has guaranteed him snow (there is a story about a broker sending him on a snowboarding holiday with no snow in the mountains some years go)
