I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. She was always on hand to answer questions and help with any queries we had during the entire process. Her recommendations were perfect and well thought out, suggesting parking, fast passes and escape lounge access. It really made our holiday extra special and it ran so smoothly when the airport was very busy as it was the school holidays. Emma also hand delivered all our Travel documentation, with a gorgeous bottle of wine and luxury travel id tags. My daughters adored them!
