Emma Latham was an absolute star organising our family skiing trip to Bansko, Bulgaria.  She secured 2 adjoining rooms at our preferred hotel right on budget and also managed to included ski passes, equipment and lessons.  Emma went the extra mile for Angela, who opted for spa treatments over hitting the slopes, by offering to make all the bookings.  When we hit a snag with Annabelle’s snowboarding lessons, Emma’s swift and effective response helped ensure we obtained a full refund but also a complimentary personal lesson.  Our holiday was seamless and stress free, all thanks to Emma’s dedication and expertise.  I would highly recommend her services for anyone looking to create unforgettable holiday memories!
