Craig and I wanted to show our appreciation for all the help you gave us during our dramatic time away.

People book holidays all the time.  They may utilise the time of a travel specialist and then go and book the holidays themselves.  They may be able to save themselves a few pounds, but it when things go wrong, you realise why having someone who will take your calls and messages and help you in your hour of need is priceless.

What is supposed to be a holiday of a lifetime, turned into a holiday from hell, you were there every step of the way.
